Port Macquarie is a thriving city with a large feeder population and is serviced by large Base and Private Hospitals. There are multiple medical and other subspecialty services, with 29 physicians. With 2 radiology practices, there are excellent Radiology services including x 3 MRI scanners, PET scanning, Nuclear Medicine and Interventional Radiology. The range of Rheumatology problems is broad, fascinating and engaging. This is a private practice established 31 years ago and has a broad referral base from Buladelah to the south, Dorrigo to the west and Grafton to the north. It is a friendly practice with a mix of private and medicare billing.
