Arthur House is a musculoskeletal centre in Red Hill, a central suburb of Brisbane. It is the headquarters for Queensland Rheumatology Services currently offering rheumatology care from very young infancy to and including adult patients. We are a unique centre in Australia by being able to provide onsite multi-disciplinary team (MDT) care to our patients. As our practice is expanding to cater for our patients both in Brisbane and regional centres of Queensland, we need to provide adequate cover for this need. Both positions can involve visits to regional outreach clinics, also supported by MDT. The case mix includes inflammatory conditions such as JIA, JSLE, JDM, RA, SLE, SScl, etc., as well as non-inflammatory MSK conditions requiring complex care. Arthur House is staffed by a vibrant and enthusiastic team who have patients’ well-being as their priority and support the clinical staff through years of experience providing community-based health care. There is a happy atmosphere here which welcomes the new staff and supports them every day. We use up-to date and modern medical software to link services to health funds and Medicare.
