The Organising Committee of the Combined New Zealand Rheumatology Association (NZRA) and Australian Rheumatology Association (ARA) Annual Scientific Meeting invites you to join us for a face-to-face meeting to be held in Christchurch, New Zealand over 4 days from 18-21 May 2024.

The conference will mark the first Rheumatology Annual Scientific Meeting to be held in Christchurch since 2010 due to the Christchurch earthquakes. The meeting will be hosted at Te Pae our fabulous new convention centre in the heart of the rebuilt city. In addition to an outstanding scientific programme there will time to explore and enjoy the rebuilt city and spend time with friends and colleagues.

The main themes of the meeting are crystal arthritis and vasculitis with others including RA-ILD, therapeutics and regional musculoskeletal disorders, which includes the main paediatric theme of TMJ involvement.

Confirmed international guest speakers include Professor Ken Warrington (USA), Professor Tuhina Neogi (USA), Associate Professor Marinka Twilt (Canada) and Professor Robin Christensen (Denmark). We will also feature a range of Australasian experts speaking on a wide array of topics linking with the meeting themes.
