Dr Fiona Goldblatt

Fiona Goldblatt works at Flinders Medical Centre (0.6FTE) and in private practice in Adelaide.  She graduated from the University of Adelaide in 1994 and completed rheumatology training in Adelaide, a PhD at Flinders Medical Centre/Flinders University, followed by post-doctoral research at the University College London on a NH&MRC Neil Hamilton Fairley Fellowship between 2004-2008. Fiona has particular clinical and research interests in SLE and is a participator in the Australian Lupus Registry &Biobank and the Asia Pacific Lupus Collaboration.  She has developing interests in medical bioethics and is currently studying an online Graduate Certificate from University of Sydney.

Dr Goldblatt has been President of ARA (SA) and served on the ARA Board in 2016-2018 and has previously been a member of the ARA Education, Training and Workforce Committee, Policy Advisory Committee and the ARA Ethics Working Party.

She enjoys running regularly and travelling as much as possible.
